Strategic leadership
International decisions grounded in business reality and market vision.
Business internationalization
We structure, enable and activate internationalization processes for companies and institutions that need to move forward with method, compliance and market vision.
What we do
Internationalization is more than exporting. We do not offer isolated actions. We build the conditions to enter, grow and remain in international markets.
We connect each organization’s internal reality with the demands of its target market. From diagnosis and preparation to regulatory enablement and commercial activation, we help international decisions gain structure, viability and continuity.
About us
Valtria Group is a Colombian firm specializing in business internationalization and market access. It builds on more than 18 years of experience supporting export, import, expansion and international business decisions. We integrate strategic leadership, business readiness, regulatory compliance, commercial development and operational capacity to turn global opportunities into viable, measurable and sustainable processes.
Our story. Valtria was born from a reality we have seen repeatedly for more than 18 years: companies with high-potential products entering business matchmaking events, trade missions or conversations with international buyers without yet having the strategic, regulatory, commercial and operational readiness required to turn those opportunities into real business.
That is why Valtria prepares companies before exposing them to the market. We assess their starting point, identify gaps and structure the route they need to comply, negotiate and operate internationally with better judgment and lower risk. Our purpose is not only to help them reach new markets, but to build the capabilities required to enter, grow and remain in them.

Our method
Each company advances from its true starting point. We assess gaps, prioritize decisions and coordinate the components that make an international operation possible.
Capabilities, product, export offer, resources, risks and gaps against the target market.
Strategy, costs, documentation, internal processes and international value proposition.
Regulatory, sanitary, customs, technical and market-access requirements.
Prospecting, negotiation, commercial validation and opportunity structuring.
How we work
Business cohorts with a common methodology, individual assessment and progress by readiness levels.
Focused support for a specific product, market or international challenge.
Expert international leadership for organizations that need direction and execution without building a full in-house department.
Regulatory access to China
China is one of our strongest specialist markets, without limiting Valtria’s multi-regional scope. We assess the applicable route and support the required procedures according to the product, facility and operation.
Each procedure may be engaged independently or as part of a complete market-access route.
Product classification, applicable route definition, requirements review, document preparation and registration support for raw materials and processed products.
Procedure for companies that need to be registered or authorized as exporters to the Chinese market.
Standalone serviceIdentification of authorities, registrations, restrictions, documents and gaps before committing resources or starting an operation.
Review of labeling, technical support, internal processes and coordination with competent authorities to prepare market access.
This information helps us identify your starting point and direct the initial conversation toward the procedure or route you actually need.
